This guy recently joined us in the world, and when Jen and Brendan asked me to come over and take some new born photos of all of them settling into their new routine, I couldn’t say yes fast enough. When Vancouver poet Aaron Chan came to me for new author headshots, I had a vision for the light I wanted to use for the shoot. I hoped to time it perfectly so that the lowering sun would shine up False Creek and into Strathcona, lighting up the trees on Union Street with that golden-hour glow. AND IT WORKED.
