Lifestyle photography
for the colourful and creative
Welcome!
I’m an Ontario-bred, BC-based photographer, and I’m glad you’re here.
I love cold water, good light and bright colours.
With camera in hand, I can’t wait to capture all your favourite things.

i don’t expect your whole house to be painted white
Every frame I shoot is in service of capturing who you really are right now. There’s beauty and value in this moment in time, no props needed.
Somebody down the road, whether it’s your kids, grandkids, or your own future self, will find these photos and will get to live in these moments for a little while. I shoot with that person in mind.

So pleased to have these photos featured on @haltwhistlecheese brand new website! And equally stoked I could bring in the web development side of my business (did you know I build small biz websites? I do!) to join a talented all-women team that brought the new site to life. Really grateful to be working in this community full of lovely people.
Next up in my family portrait parade is my stepbrother Kyle. While my sister is my only bio sibling, she and I have been very lucky throughout our lives to have had multiple surrogate big brothers, and we're grateful to have added this guy to the family. He fits seamlessly in with the Fleggs, and was very game letting me take his picture.
My beautiful sister! She's a branding and web designer, and while I was at home last month we took advantage of golden hour on the lake and took some new headshots. That warm Ontario light really sets off her red hair, her yellow linen top (she made it!) and that hint of sisterly side-eye in slide three. 💛
This is my Dad and his cat Connor, watching golf at home a couple weeks ago while I was visiting Ontario. I grabbed my camera and snapped it quick before Connor decided to leave, and crossed my fingers so hard it I'd hit focus. It's already a new favourite.
I feel I’ve come a long way in my acceptance, even appreciation, of the rain, but I have to say this cold, wet spring is starting to get me down. Maybe it’s getting you down, too? As a wee balm for all of our soggy hearts, please accept this offering of sunny winter scenes (including my love in the snow) on film.
Getting ready to launch a big new project with my faves at Asparagus Magazine, so I had to take some portraits. Featuring Editrix-in-Chief Jessie and Feline-in-Chief Millicent, aka Millie, in their natural habitat.
