for the colourful and creative
Welcome!
I’m an Ontario-bred, BC-based photographer, and I’m glad you’re here.
I love cold water, good light and bright colours.
With camera in hand, I can’t wait to capture all your favourite things.

i don’t expect your whole house to be painted white
Every frame I shoot is in service of capturing who you really are right now. There’s beauty and value in this moment in time, no props needed.
Somebody down the road, whether it’s your kids, grandkids, or your own future self, will find these photos and will get to live in these moments for a little while. I shoot with that person in mind.

This is my Dad and his cat Connor, watching golf at home a couple weeks ago while I was visiting Ontario. I grabbed my camera and snapped it quick before Connor decided to leave, and crossed my fingers so hard it I'd hit focus. It's already a new favourite.
I feel I’ve come a long way in my acceptance, even appreciation, of the rain, but I have to say this cold, wet spring is starting to get me down. Maybe it’s getting you down, too? As a wee balm for all of our soggy hearts, please accept this offering of sunny winter scenes (including my love in the snow) on film.
Getting ready to launch a big new project with my faves at Asparagus Magazine, so I had to take some portraits. Featuring Editrix-in-Chief Jessie and Feline-in-Chief Millicent, aka Millie, in their natural habitat.
A couple more from Linden's pregnancy shoot in honour of the birth of two healthy babies!! Can't wait to meet them.
En route to my original home today (first time flying in almost three years 😳) so here is a recent photo from one of the better corners of our bus home. It features the recent addition of antique copper measuring cups, something Kaleb has been hunting for since before we met.
Egg production is ramping up, and as the only one here who eats eggs with any regularity I’m struggling a bit to keep up. I eat them for breakfast, and have gotten pretty good at variations on shakshuka for dinner, but I need more options.
